The price list applies from 04/04 – 09/11/2025 and from 28/11 al 22/12/2025.
The tariffs vary according to season and length of the stay.

The tariffs are per person and day including a rich breakfast buffet, for a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Children reductions (accommodating in the parents’ room):

Under 3 years free of charge
Under 7 years 50% discount
Under 12 years 30% discount

Local tax:
The tariffs do not include the local tourist tax amounting to € 1,50 per night and person over 14 years.

Included services:
The use of the deckchairs and the large garden are included in the price.

Dogs:
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in our house. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment options:
We kindly ask for your understanding but we do not accept EC and credit cards.

Cancellation policy:
We are glad that you have decided on a holiday in our house. In the event that something unforeseen happens and you can not start your journey, the following conditions apply:

2 months before your planned arrival, you can cancel your reservation free of charge
from 2 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 30% of the stay
within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the stay
in case of no-show or early departure we charge the total amount of the stay.
